Panorama of the Versailles Orangery
Panoramas
This photo was taken as we stopped to eat lunch in the gardens at the Palace of Versailles in Paris. This is the Orangery where citrus trees in pots are grown. During the winter the tubs are taken into the sheltered cloisters surrounding the courtyard. As you can see, this was the day that they were bringing a lot of the trees outside.
